3 T vegetable oil
1/2 cup Rusty Truck Dry Rub
1 1/2 jars of Rusty Truck MoonShine Barbeque Sauce
12 hoagie rolls
Hot Pepper Flakes
Preheat oven to 300 degrees, rub pork roast in vegetable oil then Rusty Truck Dry Rub. place in foil lined baking dish and place in 300 degree oven and cook for 5-6 hours. After 5 hours, take a fork and see if it is easy to shred, if not, keep cooking until meat easily shreds.
when fully cooked and easy to shred, remove from oven and let sit for appx 30 minutes before fully shredding. Remove foil from baking dish and discard as you will reuse the pan. After 30 minutes, shred completely and place meat back in the baking dish. Take 1 full 16 oz jar of the Rusty Truck MoonShine barbeque sauce and pour over meat and mix together. Place back in oven for 15-20 minutes.
Place hoagie rolls on a serving platter and load up with the pulled pork, spoon more MoonShine Barbeque sauce over sandwiches and sprinkle hot pepper flakes.
Serve with a side of The Rusty Truck Macaroni or Potato Salad and slices of dill pickels.
